Coordination

You've done the planning. You know your vision, you've booked your

vendors, and now you just want to hand it off to a team you trust, so you

can actually be there for your own wedding, instead of managing it.

That's exactly what this is for. We start four to five weeks out, taking

everything you've built and filling in the gaps: confirming every vendor,

building your full day-of timeline, running your rehearsal, and being

on-site for up to twelve hours with a lead and assistant coordinator so

nothing falls to you or your family.

$1,500 scheduling deposit, final payment due 30 days before your wedding.

Design & Coordination

Your venue's booked, your major vendors are in place, and you have a clear

vision. You just need a creative partner to pull it all together and execute

it beautifully.

We step in as that partner: refining your design, building a full design

deck, handling the venue walkthrough and floor plan, managing vendor

communication, and being on-site for up to twelve hours with a dedicated

assistant on your wedding day, so you get to walk into your reception and

feel like it is even better than you pictured.

Starting at $4,950 plus GST

50% deposit at booking, 25% halfway to the wedding, 25% one month prior.

Full Planning

From the first idea to the final send-off, you want someone in your corner. You shouldn’t have to squeeze wedding planning into an already full life, so we hold every vendor, every decision, and every detail, so your engagement feels like the celebration it should be, not a second job.

We take on all of it: budget, venue research and site visits, vendor recommendations and contracts, design direction, guest list and RSVPs, the full timeline, and your rehearsal. On your wedding day, we’re there for up to twelve hours with a dedicated assistant alongside us. Every step, you’ll have us.

Starting at $9,000 plus GST

Full planning starts at $9,000. For weddings with a budget over $60,000, our fee is 15% of your total spend. Bigger celebrations come with more vendors, more logistics, and more hours behind the scenes, so our fee grows with the scope of your day. 50% deposit at booking, 25% halfway, balance one month prior.
