OUR PLANNING & MANAGEMENT PROCESS
PLANNING
With a clear understanding of how you want your wedding day to look and feel, we move seamlessly into the design and planning phase. We review your budget alongside the elements that matter most to you, such as a content creator, videographer, or live band, and prioritize them accordingly.
From there, we recommend vendors from our trusted network who align with your vision, work within your budget, and complement your personalities. The result is a cohesive, well-curated team working together to bring your wedding day to life with ease.
DESIGN

MANAGEMENT
As your wedding approaches, we transition into finalizing the details and overseeing the full management of your event. We connect with your vendor team to confirm timelines, review logistics, and ensure every element is aligned and thoughtfully coordinated. From leading your rehearsal to managing the flow of the entire wedding day, we are there every step of the way, handling the details behind the scenes so you can be fully present, relaxed, and free to enjoy each moment of your celebration.
OUR FLORAL PROCESS
CONSULTATION
We have an initial consultation to discuss your floral needs. We review your budget alongside the elements that matter most to you, such as statement pieces, table florals, cake florals, bouquets and prioritize them and where they will have the most impact for your day.
From there, we provide preliminary budgets based on average pricing that we typically see our couples spending. The next step is to sign a contract and submit a scheduling payment and once we recieve that we are your florists
DESIGN
The design phase is where your floral vision begins to take shape. We thoughtfully consider every aspect of your décor, from colour palette and place settings to stationery, linens, and layered design elements, ensuring your florals enhance and complement the overall aesthetic of your day. Throughout this process, we carefully review floral styles, varieties, and scale with your budget in mind, guiding you toward choices that deliver the greatest visual impact while remaining aligned with your investment. We then walk through the proposal together, reviewing costs alongside design details and refining the plan as needed. This collaborative step allows us to fine-tune both the aesthetic and the budget, ensuring your floral vision is captured beautifully, thoughtfully, and with clarity around pricing, down to the smallest finishing touch.
INSTALLATION
From your rehearsal through the wedding day and into a post-celebration brunch, our team is there to ensure your florals are beautifully presented at every moment. We deliver bouquets to your getting-ready location so they are perfectly in place for first looks and photography, then move on to the ceremony to thoughtfully install and fine-tune each arrangement.
Following the ceremony, we seamlessly transition your florals into the reception space, setting every element to complete the overall vision, without you needing to give it a second thought. If additional support is needed at the end of the evening, whether packing florals for keepsakes or sending arrangements home with family and friends, we are happy to assist, ensuring the experience remains effortless from beginning to end.
